HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Our products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it for a refund. Simply contact our support team with your order number, reason for return, and include an image or video of the product you received.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with return shipping instructions.
For a return, the product must be:
In its original packaging
In good condition, with no signs of heavy use
Clean and free from excessive product buildup, dirt, hair, or debris
Not damaged, altered, or modified in any way
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We do not offer free return shipping for standard returns.
We cannot process refunds for items that are still in transit. Please wait until your order arrives, then contact us if you wish to request a return.

We do not accept refunds for digital products, eBooks, gift cards, or any separate digital purchases.
If we offer personalized or customized products in the future, these items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT?
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once we receive your request, we will review it and arrange a replacement where applicable.
For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, we may ask you to return the product using the cheapest tracked shipping method. If the issue is approved, we will cover the shipping costs for replacements of damaged or incorrect items.
If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, the refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
WHEN IS A REFUND NOT POSSIBLE?

The order is marked as delivered with valid tracking, but the package cannot be found
The order was not delivered due to an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer
The product is heavily used or damaged beyond normal inspection

corée is not responsible for lost or stolen packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. You may contact the courier directly, and we can provide tracking details and delivery information to help you follow up with them.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
For faster processing, we recommend using tracked shipping and sharing the tracking number with our support team.
