HOW LONG DOES ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?

We want your order to reach your barn as quickly as possible! All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 24-48 hours after the order is received. Most packages are shipped the same business day when ordered before 2PM.

Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

  • Standard Shipping (5-8 business days)

Orders placed in US, CA, AU, NZ (USD)

  • FREE Shipping on all orders above $50!

Orders placed in the EU (EUR)

Note: Please understand that these delivery times are estimates. Some orders may be faster or slower depending on the location of recipient and fulfillment center used.

None of our deliveries are subject to import charges, regardless of your country.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking number.

If you have not received a tracking number or if the tracking number is not working, don't worry! Contact us, and we will be happy to resolve the issue.

YOU ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS WHEN ORDERING. WHAT NOW?

Make sure your address is correctly entered at checkout. Address entry errors may result in non-delivery of your order. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer change the address. If you need to make corrections, contact us immediately after placing the order, before it is shipped.

Noovi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that were delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering. You can inquire about the delivery with the courier service, and we will provide you with delivery details, including the delivery date, tracking number, and courier information.

FAILED DELIVERY

If the package cannot be delivered due to reasons attributed to the customer (e.g., incomplete or incorrect address, recipient absence) or if the customer refuses to accept the package, it will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense. These costs include return shipping and any additional fees incurred due to the package. These costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

MAXIMUM DELIVERY TIME

The maximum estimated delivery time is 30 days. If your order does not arrive within this time, we will initiate a request for a full refund or replacement. We believe that no one should have to wait this long for their soothing frequencies, regardless of the reason.

UNEXPECTED DELAYS

In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard time. External factors such as customs processing, holidays, or extreme weather conditions can cause delays beyond our control. (Orders are being shipped from the US, DE, China -  ships from the nearest warehouse with available stock) If your package is delayed, contact us and we will work together to resolve the situation.
